Case Intelligence is Valryn's platform for PI firms that want AI-powered case scoring, damage estimates, litigation risk, and SOL alerts — integrated with your existing intake system (Litify, Filevine, or custom). No voice AI required.
How is pricing structured?+
CI plans are priced per user per month with analyses included in each tier. Pricing is available on request — contact our sales team for a quote tailored to your firm size and volume.
What happens when my firm hits the analysis cap?+
Each plan has a monthly analysis cap per user. When you approach the cap, you'll receive alerts. Overages are billed per analysis. Firms consistently exceeding their cap are typically upgraded to the next tier for better per-analysis economics.
What platforms do you integrate with?+
CI Starter connects via REST API and webhook push. CI Growth includes native connectors for Litify and Filevine. CI Enterprise adds custom field mapping and bi-directional sync for proprietary platforms.
Is voice AI included?+
Voice AI is an optional add-on — monthly voice minutes added on top of any CI plan. If your firm already handles intake via phone or web form, you don't need it.
What does the setup fee cover?+
The setup fee covers integration engineering, API configuration, and onboarding. CI Growth and above include a dedicated onboarding engineer. Setup fees are billed once as a separate invoice.
Do you offer pilot pricing?+
